Recently, your chamber was asked to host a Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CCC) round-table on infrastructure.
Perrin Beatty, President and CEO of the CCC met with a hand picked group of fifteen people representing companies that are either directly influenced by infrastructure planning and maintenance or who operate as contractors in the development of infrastructure projects.
The purpose of the meeting was to allow attendees to share their candid thoughts on the current state of infrastructure, ideas for improvement and how the federal government may adjust its current slate of funding initiatives to better address the massive infrastructure deficit.
