The Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce has written a letter to Mayor Paul Lefebvre and Council regarding key recommendations within the Employment Lands Strategy we believe will help the city attract and retain more businesses.
The Employment Lands Strategy was developed to catalogue and ensure the City of Greater Sudbury has an adequate supply of serviced employment land. The main goal is to improve the city’s economic competitiveness and encourage the development of employment land. The report concludes that Greater Sudbury does, indeed, have an ample supply of employment land suitable for investment, development, and job creation through to 2046.
