We are thrilled to unveil our 2022-2023 Annual Report. I have updated the toolkit and attached it to this email for convenient access.

The OCC’s 2022-2023 Annual Report marks a significant shift in the organization’s approach to reporting to its membership. The annual report will now replace the previous format of policy report cards and policy compendium updates, which will instead be available in a digital format. This new digital approach will allow for more timely and efficient delivery of critical policy information to members and stakeholders. By providing these updates in a digital format, the OCC can ensure that policy information is readily accessible and up-to-date, allowing for greater engagement and more effective advocacy efforts. This transition reflects the OCC’s commitment to leveraging technology and innovation to better serve its members and advance the interests of Ontario’s business community.

I am also happy to share with you the updated Resolutions Tracker. Resolutions submitted by chambers of commerce and boards of trade at our Annual General Meeting and Convention serve a crucial role in directing our advocacy with government. This document highlights key actions and wins by the OCC on each resolution. Going forward, this file will be updated regularly with updates on the OCC’s advocacy and new announcements by the government.

If you have any questions about either of these, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Wishing you a wonderful week ahead and looking forward to seeing many of you in Niagara Falls!

Regards,
