Ontario Retirement Pension Plan Could Have Negative Consequences for Economy

(February 2015) The Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce has joined a coalition of nearly 50 chambers of commerce and boards of trade from across the province that calls on the Government of Ontario to reconsider its proposed approach to boosting Ontarians’ retirement savings and assess the extent to which the implementation of the ORPP will negatively impact Ontario’s economy.
