LICENCE BUREAU CLERK (Bilingual)
(Full-time, contract)

The Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce is seeking bilingual (English – French), full-time clerk to provide drivers, vehicle and health services in its licence bureau office.  Reporting to the Licence Bureau Manager, the Licence Bureau Clerk will be expected to provide courteous, efficient and speedy service to all clients by exercising a well-established program of human relations, public relations and communication skills. We are looking for someone to work full-time, including some Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.

The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:

-will be fluent in both French and English (speaking, writing, reading)
-will be a secondary school graduate
-will have a minimum of one year experience in a customer service position
-will be able to demonstrate the ability to handle and balance cash
-will be computer literate
-will possess superior customer service skills
-will be able to manage a flexible schedule

Salary: $11.25/hr plus full benefits.
