Exhausted? Learn how to use easy and simple strategies to boost your energy levels and enhance your health, quality of life, and overall well-being. Join the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce online via Zoom on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM as it hosts a “Energy Optimization in the Workplace” Chamber U Workshop with Kristina van Lankvelt, Owner & Director of Wellness, Med-I-Well. This workshop is being hosted in partnership with the Regional Business Centre.
